Who am I?

Do you know how most kids want to be a Doctor or Lawyers? Well, I wanted to write.  "Write what?" you say.  I wanted to write any and everything.  Stories and screenplays (my version of one as a kid) were constantly on my mind and I wrote every chance I could.

I decided after High School to go to school for Film in the hopes of learning the skills that would allow me to write and direct my own.  Many years and many kids later, I have finally accomplished my goal.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Cinematography and hold a Masters in Creative Writing.

Nowadays I freelance where I can and hope to finish my first novel before the end of the year.

Rod Serling and Alfred Hitchcock have been my long-time inspirations and I find that a lot of my stories consist of odd plots and ambiguity.  However, I have a soft spot for shining a light on Mental Illness which I weave into my writing often.

As for my home life, I am a mom to four AMAZING kids.  Not only are they amazing, but they give me grey hairs on a daily basis.  I call New Jersey my home, but can be caught wandering around NYC more often than not.
